My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. Despite the spacious room, which was a little on the small side and had moldy and musty smells along with tricky access with baggage, the service provided by the staff was exceptional, going above and beyond. The location, though near to attractions, had some drawbacks with neighboring properties, while the dining options were a hit-and-miss. Overall, it was a stay with both positives and negatives.
I stayed at this hotel located at the front with a small balcony. The rooms are quite small, not ideal if you have lots of luggage or stay long, but with a large casement window. The hotel is conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Victoria station, perfect for exploring central London and visiting the theatre. Despite its proximity to the station, the location is excellent and offers a small, comfortable, and spotlessly clean stay. The rooms are nicely decorated, very clean, and have a lovely fresh scent. However, the breakfast could use a bit more variety, and finding the way from Victoria underground might be a challenge.
